METAL WORKINGMAK HONEX A :
This is light coloured low viscosity oil fortified with excellent additives which provides required properties for machining operation.
MAK FORM AL :
MAK FORM AL is premium quality aluminum wire drawing lubricant containing high level of lubricity additives, which facilitate drawing / forming by providing proper lubrication between the metal and the die even at elevated temperatures. Proper lubrication is very critical for metal forming application of Aluminum and other Aluminum alloys in order to provide better surface finish and extending die life.
MAK METAMOL R :
MAK Metamol R is specially made by blending mineral and fatty oils to give non-drip characteristics and also fortified with carefully selected additives.
MAK METAMOL T :
Mak Metamol T oils possess easy washability which facilitates their removal from the finished surfaces before further processing.
MAK SHEROL B :
MAK Sherol B is premium quality soluble cutting oil blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other additives. It forms extremely stable milky emulsion of the “Oil in Water” type. This oil has exceptionally high emulsion stability even with extreme hard water (400 ppm) leading to excellent tool life and finish in all metal cutting operations, where cooling is more important than lubrication. It does not decompose chemically leave objectionable odour, cause discoloration and staining.
MAK SHEROL BN :
SHEROL BN is soluble cutting oil blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other additives. It forms stable milky emulsion of the “Oil in Water” type. It does not decompose chemically and also do not cause discoloration or staining of the work piece
MAK SHEROL SUPER :
MAK Sherol Super is a premium multi-purpose semi-synthetic metal working fluid designed for a multitude of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals especially of titanium. It exhibits low foaming, excellent corrosion protection, bio-resistance properties along with non-staining qualities. It’s excellent cooling, extreme pressure, and lubricity properties, makes it ideal for use in high speed machining of titanium, aluminum and even steel for aerospace, automotive and general industry applications where a premium fluid is needed. It does not contain sulfur, chlorine, nitrites, phenols, amines, and other heavy metals.
MAK TRIPONOL :
These are a range of active type, transparent, extreme pressure oils. These oils are not recommended for use on yellow metals to avoid staining.
MAK STAMPING OIL :
This oil is blended with highly refined, hydro processed base stock and incorporated with antiwear and anti rust additives imparting excellent load carrying ability & rust protection. This oil possesses easy washability which facilitates their removal from the finished surfaces before further processing.
